Khmer Beef Jerky
Ingredients:
1 Kg beef (we used lean beef but fatty is preferred)
5 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Salt
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp dried chilli
4 large or 8 small kaffir lime leaves
2 tbsp ginger
1 tbsp galangal
